[ Bolin, you're so sweet... but you're fighting an uphill battle with her lack of self-confidence here. It does get a smile out of her though... ]

[ Satisfied with that for the moment, Bolin crosses his arms and nods to himself. ]

If you're worried, I could always help you train. [ Though, there's not much he can do about her gentle personality. ] I train every morning! With my roommate, she's really talented too.

T-Train? [ That's actually... probably a good idea... she's a noodle right now. ] What do you do to train?

[ That's not a no! ]

I usually go for a run, then do some weights and exercises, and finish up with, uh, I guess you'd call it martial arts.

[passtave]

[ Th-That's... quite a lot... but it's not too dissimilar to what she's seen her siblings do to train... if she wants to be strong, then she needs to work as hard as them! ]

D-Do you think that's... something I can do? [ Please go easy on her, Bolin... she's not as bara as you. ]

Yep! [ It's weird for Bolin to feel like the responsible one, and he soaks it up. ] I mean, not all of it right away. It's hard, but you should be able to build up your stamina and endurance slowly.

[ He wants to be an aniki real bad... doesn't he. ]

O-Okay! Then... um... do you mind if I train with you?

[sediments]

[ Yeah, Kai grew up too fast, he needs a new duckling... ]

Sure! Are you good at running long distances?

[passtave]

[ How long, exactly...? Not that it really matters, since she's out of shape anyway. ]

U-Um... p-probably not...

[sediments]

Okay, we'll start with that.

[ He'll have to adjust his route so that he can keep running after dropping her back at the dormitory, but it should work out just fine. ]

Stamina for running is the easiest to build up, trust me.

[ Little does she know that jogging is the worst. But she's determined to get in a shape now! ]

A-All right! When should I meet you...?

Let me just talk it over with my roommate! We work out together in the morning so I'll ask her opinion.

[ Hmm... ]

It's not going to be easy at first though. You're going to have to give me permission to make sure you don't give up.

[ Now you're just rubbing this in, Bolin... but she doesn't hesitate, her voice laced with determination. ]

O-Okay! I promise I won't give up. I want to be stronger!

[sediments]

[ He's just being upfront with her!! ]

Atta girl! [ He already sounds proud - she's so brave! ] Don't worry, me and Saber will look after you.

[passtave]

[ Ah, somebody new to meet... but it's okay, because she's going to be strong! He can't see it, obviously, but she bows her head towards her carrier without thinking. ]
